Payments & Refund Policy

Payments

Payment is due when you sign your membership contract (one time fee) and when you book your consultation.

Refunds

Please reschedule if you are unable to make your consultation. If you do need to cancel, we REQUIRE a minimum of 24-48 hours before your consultation to receive a refund. Payments for membership are non-refundable.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We will send an email confirming the refund and ask that you give 5-7 business days to be completed.
